  As we started our tour everyone got a little spray of the Eau De Cologne, it smelled great on my friend but on me it went spicy, which isn't bad just not a smell I like on myself! But the tour was great! Our tour guide spoke perfect English and we had no trouble understanding him! We got to smell many different natural smells, hear great stories, and learn about the original cologne and its maker! We ended up buying some beautiful perfumes!

  We really enjoyed our visit to Farina Haus. We did a general English tour and the guide was really welcoming, knowledgeable and good humoured. It's a different type of museum experience which was refreshing from the usual types of museums you go to when traveling. Interesting to learn about the history of fragrance in Cologne. Highly recommend checking it out but book tickets in advance online then you can select a specific tour time.
