Better to bring your own shampoo and hair comb if you have long hair. They provide body lotion and hair dryer but no comb. Very interesting experience of how people did spa 150 years ago. The architecture is beautiful and single gender day is not crowded. More on relax and meditation side than fun/hot sauna.
