The half-Renaissance, half-Gothic Palais Benedictine embodies the glory of Bénédictine, an herbal liqueur based on brandy. The flamboyant palace is marked by an iconic bell tower. Inside, more than 1,000 volumes transcribed by monks fill the library shelves in the Gothic room. The Renaissance room holds keys from the collection of Alexandre Le Grand that date back to the 14th century. The gallery conducts temporary exhibits of contemporary art, featuring artists like Warhol and Dali. You can book a guided or self-guided tour of the opulent facilities, and sign up for a liqueur tasting. Plan your visit to Palais Benedictine and a wealth of other attractions, well-known and undiscovered, using our Fecamp itinerary planning app.

  • Very nice location. They had brochures in spanish for us to follow the first part of the visit. Second part, cellars and tasting was great! Samantha our guide was really good, very welcoming and very available to any questions we may have. We had the visit in both french and english. Tasting was also veeeery nice and we endes knowing so much about Beneditine liquor! Nice end at the bar!
  • Lovely buildings and bar. We didn't go in for the 'experience', not sure if the 14 Euro rice included the tasting, so can't comment on that. The staff were very nice and helpful. You can order a tasting in the bar which is all four drinks, 2cl each, for 8 Euros.
