    The fort interior has been completely restored although at the time of our visit some works were going on in the surrounding area outside. Entrance is combined with access to the Ston Walls (70 Kuna....  more »

    Impressive fortress where the surroundings still need to be restored.

    Fun little town that's within an hour from Dubrovnik. Definitely worth the trip. You can tour the salt fields and purchase salt from them. You can take either a 20-40-or 80 min hike on the walls surrounding Ston. There is a small playground for children. Overall, a great place to visit that's not very tourist-heavy.
