Built in 1795 in the Neo-Renaissance style of architecture, the church has stood for over two centuries to become a national monument of Chile. Attached to the church sits a museum which houses religious artifacts, including some from Easter Island. The museum also boasts a rongorongo tablet, one of only 29 left in the world.   • Centrally located and a beautiful building hard to miss. The sign out front is hard to read due to graffiti. Once inside take your time and look at all the religious art.  more »
  • The church is a little different from the rest and is that what makes it so beautiful. It's very close to the Plaza de Armas. Sometimes the front entrance is closed, try the one on the side.  more »
