Adelaide Central Market Reviews
Unique to SA, similar to a South a Melbourne Food Markets, this place is a favourite for locals and bucket list items for visitors. Friday’s and Saturday’s are best! more »
Great variety of food on offer. Could be better choice of organic meat though. Worth a visit. A very good Cambodian restaurant there to experience authentic street food. more »
Always an amazing trip and experience. Perfect for kids to explore food and support local. Going during the week if you can is great as it is a little quieter. I do love the hustle and bustle when it's busy though as well!
Whether you live or visit Adelaide the Central market is a must! Great fresh produce local and imported. Fish, meat and a variety of organic products are available too. It is open late on Fridays and Saturdays after 11 am it is full of bargains. The restaurants inside of the market are good a varies from Paella to Italian or Asian. You can enjoy a nice bottle of wine or order a fresh squeezed juice, all in the same place. Lots of kids running around too, so very kids friendly.
