  The monastery itself is being restored. Several dwellings are finished and so is the church. But at the moment it's mostly looking like a construction site. The church has one old fresco inside which....  more »

  The monastery is perched on a hill overlooking the Ionian Sea, so the location is striking. Not really sure what is going on there, but a construction crew was on site, perhaps turning the place...  more »

  Nice place to spend some time and harvest some wallnuts 😂, jokes appart it is really nice, if you plan to go to Gjipe you must visit this monastery.
